Created by BraunAbility, the Sienna NASCAR Fan Rampvan is fitted with detachable passenger seats with wheelchair tie-down points for up to three wheelchairs, a totally lowered floor, foldout ramp and an ground-breaking "kneeling" rear suspension, all created to offer access for wheelchair and scooter users.

The van floor has been lowered by a total of 11-inches, reducing the ramp angle and permitting deployment onto curbs, making it easier to enter and exit the vehicle and increasing interior headroom. The 30-inch-wide mechanize ramp has three comfortably located control buttons, emergency door-ramp release and anti-skid ramp coating. Full ramp extension needs only five seconds after the power sliding side door is fully extended.

The Ultimate NASCAR Fan Sienna Rampvan highlights the same striking red and black paint theme and racing-style decals as the No. 38 Toyota Camry participated in the NASCAR Nationwide Series by Braun Racing. Driven by Jason Leffler of Long Beach, Calif., the team brought the Camry its historic first NASCAR triumph by gaining the victory in the Nationwide Series competition in July 2007 at O’Reilly Raceway Park in Indianapolis.

Assisting to provide the NASCAR "look" is a made to order grill, air dam and simulated hood pins. Roofline air deflectors, compulsory on nationwide race vehicles, substituted the roof rack and there’s even a custom cut window net, another requisite for the track. The exterior is topped off by a Toyota Accessory rear spoiler and TRD Exhaust Tip.

The interior features custom Katzkin seats in black and white leather with red suede upholstery, with corresponding door inserts and a custom Permobil wheelchair. Carbon Fiber by Superior Dash is utilized for the instrument panel, door trim and steering wheel. A DVD entertainment system is provided with JBL audio and subwoofer and Sirius XM Satellite Radio, for the most current in NASCAR information.

The Sienna is also equipped with TRD 19 inch wheels, coupled with Yokohama ADVAN S.4 245/45R19 98Y performance rubber. TRD custom brakes present larger front rotors with 4-piston calipers and cross-drilled rear rotors with 2-piston calipers. Braided stainless steel brake cables are utilized throughout. Other hardware racing touches consist of a TRD oil filler cap and custom painted engine cover.

Most people who have made jokes about having a van tend to get a little bit of envy when they see all the nice things. Fold flat rear seat, tumble forward center row, in 30 seconds enough room for a full bed back there. With the power doors and all that, it’s hard to hate on the practicality of it.

Great, another left turning billboard; good idea... Toyota? Of all car manufactures... go fig. Still, I’d rather ride around in a little yellow bus.
