We told you before that the series of promotional videos of the 2011 Audi A1->ke1729 was going to get a little more interesting. After learning about the car’s LED daytime running lights, it’s colored roof arches, and a Wasabi Green interior accent, we now have the video of the A1 being test-driven by a couple of players from FC Bayern Munich, namely stalwarts Bastian Schweinsteiger and Philipp Lahm.

The two members of Bayern Munich are actually the first – and second – non-Audi employees to be given the treat of getting behind the wheel of the still-to-be unveiled hatchback. Lahm and Scheweinsteiger each took turns behind the wheel of the car and seemingly drove the wheels off of it whilst commenting on the car’s overall manoeuvrability.

Since the car will make its world debut at the Geneva Motor Show in a little over a month, Audi – much to our chagrin - conveniently blurred the A1’s exterior for the entire video, leaving us with nothing more than speculation on the look of the car.

Then again, we won’t have to wait long to see the first official photos because according to Audi, those will be released sometime around the second week of February, a month or so before it’s world debut at the Geneva Motor Show.
