Over the years we’ve encountered some people who seem to take great pride and joy in turning their cars into replica exotics. Some have done a piss poor job at it while others have been good enough to make their cars ‘resemble’ these exotics, forgetting the fact that if any of the onlookers would dare lift the hood, the vehicle would be exposed as the fraud that it is.

Earlier reports have said that a replica Veyron was done using a Porsche Boxster platform. But we’ve since gotten clarification that the photo we showed you is actually a real Veyron with no hint or trace of copycat-ism on it. Must’ve been why it looked too good to be a replica.

Having said that though, having said that, there really is a project being undertaken by "Orlando M." to make a replica Veyron using a Boxster platform that’s going to look impeccably like the real deal. The project is still being undertaken and unfortunately, it’s going to be for Orlando M’s personal use only. You can check out how the process is done in these videos that we’ve been given. Take a look!

Kirby’s first exposure into the world of automobiles happened when he caught Knight Rider on television as a five-year old boy. David Hasselhoff didn’t leave much of an impression on him (that happened later on in Baywatch), but KITT certainly did. To this day, Kirby remains convinced that he will one day own a car with the same ‘spirit’ as the original KITT (not the 2008 monstrosity). He doesn't know when that will be, but until then, he’s committed to expressing his love for KITT, and all cars for that matter, here at TopSpeed.  Read More

This not the first time that this thing happen. It seems that Porsche Boxter is the nearest identical of the Bugatti that’s why many has been using that model for the replicas.

I really don’t get the whole concept of making replicas for cars. But I think using the Boxster is awesome. It perfectly copied the look of the Bugatti except for some minor thing.

Despite being a replica, the workmanship that has gone into transforming the Boxter into this Veyron is absolutely flawless. Big credit to the customize Perfect!

This Veyron replica is the work of a customized in Poland. Underneath those ‘million dollars’ body panels is a humble Porsche Boxter.

Exactly what I was thinking. That’s very easily bendable. 22 carat would’ve been much better. Even those with enough tastelessness to buy this would feel annoyed when it eventually goes out of shape.

yeah hopefully they will also post the part 2 here, i really love to see how they work on a replica of the most expensive and fastest car in the world.

agreed, it looks very nice with the Bugatti Veyrons kits. how about the Engine bay? did they also replaced the Headers?

There is no replica in the world which looks a 100% or even 99% like the real thing!

yeah his replica is awsome.. almost the same as the real one.. and it’s very hard to see if its a real Veyron or the Replica.

Lovely film I hope they’ll also post the finish product of this replica.

Probably this trend should be practiced more often. The only big problem is that if, the auto makes own patent on design, they could press charges (at least in some countries)

Amazing, congratulations!

I’m surprised it took this long for something like this to surface. I’m not a big fan of the Veyron to begin with, but this… well, I don’t have really anything nice to say about it. Think it’s based on a 370Z?

  (555) posted on 12.13.2010

Why would they even do that? I mean, I can understand redoing the interior of the M6 in the image of the Veyron, but the exterior? That’s like taking a Michealangelo and washing it off for a child’s finger painting.

are you sure that it is just a replica? dang... that was a perfect job making a porsche a veyron, hopefully the engine noise is also replicated to make it more realistic and scary.
