Forgive us for not being aware that June 7th was apparently “National Donut Day.” There’s already a handful of these national (blank) days, so it’s hard to figure out which one is which.

Thankfully, Chevrolet and Lexus didn’t forget that June 7th was National Donut Day. In a pair of fitting tributes to the celebration of the round and treat, Chevy and Lexus decided to take their respective sports cars - the Camaro ZL1 and the LF-A - and give them enough room to do one of the things the two exotics do best in the industry

Creating donuts; lots and lots of smokin’ donuts.

Not the tasty, fried variety, but the rubber-burning kind that everyone in the auto industry never gets tired of seeing.

So to those who had a wonderful time downing three donuts in 90 seconds, consider this video as a perfect way to cap off the festivities, despite being a few days behind.
