Video: Dubai has some serious sand dunes that’ll give you a ride of a lifetime

If you’re looking for a thrill ride of a lifetime and are getting tired of your usual theme parks, we highly suggest you board a plane and head over to Dubai for some a road adventure you’ll never forget.

Known for its enormous sand dunes as much as being a haven for a nest of super cars, Dubai is fast becoming a world-wide tourist attraction. And if you do happen to chance upon Dubai in your lifetime, we urge you to give this particular extreme ride a go. To illustrate our point, check out this video of a truck blasting up a ridiculously steep sand dune, only to fall short of reaching the top. The truck eventually falls on its side, returns to its upright position and goes back down the steep dune before reaching the ground safely.

The crazy part is that things like that happen over there all the time and is considered part of the thrill. So, you can just imagine how unbelievably nuts it would be if you were on-board that vehicle. Guaranteed, no kind of roller coaster here in America can give you half the thrill of what you just saw.

Kirby’s first exposure into the world of automobiles happened when he caught Knight Rider on television as a five-year old boy. David Hasselhoff didn’t leave much of an impression on him (that happened later on in Baywatch), but KITT certainly did. To this day, Kirby remains convinced that he will one day own a car with the same ‘spirit’ as the original KITT (not the 2008 monstrosity). He doesn't know when that will be, but until then, he’s committed to expressing his love for KITT, and all cars for that matter, here at TopSpeed.  Read More

Hope they don’t removed the video so that I know what it said in the article!

The unusual ensemble was the work of sound designer Bill Milbrodt, who has been building car-parts instruments since 1991.

Whoah. If I get every time I ride shotgun on something like that, I would probably decline it. That looks exciting but very dangerous at the same time. The car seemed like it was about to flip but I guess that the driver is very experienced with that mountain or whatever it is called.
