We don't know if you've noticed, but "retro" has become a staple word in the world of consumerism these days. Whether its sneakers or classic teams now being made available on sports video games, everybody's digging the whole reliving the glory of the past in the modern-day setting.

Codemasters, the video game developer behind the Formula One->ke190 racing game, is jumping on that trend after announcing that it would be bringing Formula One's past into its latest game, F1 2013.

From old race tracks, to past drivers, and even the classic racecars->ke148, all of them will be made available and playable in the game. It's the dream for F1 racing fans. Think Gerhard Berger can win in today's racing scene? Well, we might have an answer soon enough. In addition to the Austrian great, F1 2013 will also features a number of greats, including Nigel Mansell and Mario Andretti, as well as five previous race cars from Ferrari, Williams, and Lotus->ke49, and old tracks like Jerez and Brands Hatch.

And that's just for the 1980's content. Move on to the 90's and you're treated to racers like David Coulthard and Alain Prost, tracks like Estoril->ke1681 and Imola->ke975, and more new cars from Ferrari and Williams.

Believe us when we tell you that F1 2013 may have jumped to the top of our must-have video game list. Fortunately, we won't have to wait too long for F1 2013 to hit shelves because it's expected to drop sometime this fall.
