If in the previous episode of its show Jay Leno was driving a 2013 SRT Viper GTS, in this latest episode Leno went a little bit more retro; he is reviewing a 1966 Sunbeam Tiger Mark 1A - a model believed to be one of the most excellent sports cars of its era.

Next to Leno you will see Mike Michaels, former editor of the California Association of Tiger Owners newsletter and of course the owner of the car.

The 1966 Sunbeam Tiger Mark 1A is called by many people the "Cobra Junior" and is one part British roadster, one part American. The 1966 Tiger is powered by a Ford sourced 4.3 liter V8 engine with an output of 164 HP (200 HP for Mark 2). The model was built between 1964 and 1967 and a total of 7,085 units were built.
