The 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed->ke3879 brought together the best supercars->ke177 in the world this past weekend. One very special model, the McLaren P1, saw its way up the hill with Former Formula One World Champion Jenson Button behind the wheel.

Button was quite impressed by the amount of power delivered by the P1 and he managed to complete the course in about 53 seconds.

The awesome performance is no surprise, considering the McLaren P1 combines a 3.8-liter twin-turbo V-8 from the 12C->ke3514 with a twin-clutch transmission with an embedded electric motor to create a total power figure of 903 horsepower and an estimated 1,100 pound-feet of torque at launch. As a result, the P1 sprints from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.7 seconds and up to a top speed of 217 mph.

Check out the video to see how fun this experience was for Button.
