British magazine, CAR, was recently invited to test drive the new Ferrari FF and whether fans of the strange Ferrari or not, the journalists were probably just thrilled with the opportunity. The only problem was that the journalist chosen to complete the test drive ran into a slight problem when unexpectedly greeted by the curb. Ouch! His reaction to the situation is actually pretty funny, but please excuse us for his language, although it is quite understandable given his situation.

Remember to give the guy a break, Ferrari! After all, these things do happen.

As a reminder, the FF is powered by a 6,262 cc direct injection V12 engine that delivers an impressive 660 HP at 8,000 rpm and a peak torque of 503 lbs-ft 6,000 rpm. With this impressive power, the FF will sprint from 0 to 60 mph in 3.7 seconds and will hit a top speed of 208 mph.

He sound so while cursing in the last part of the video. It’s not really a crashed accident but a miscalculated landing on a humps! It’s a good thing that no major damaged happened.

Well, this is not the first crashed incident for the FF, even Clarkson from Top Gear have encounter the same incident. It’s a good thing that this is just a minor accident and no fatal thing happened.

I think the journalist was surprised with the performance of Ferrari FF. He didn’t recognize that he was going to fast and loses his attention with handling. I think that’s what happened.

Well, as we all seen it, that’s what happen if a driver loses focus on the road and into the camera. These accidents happen when a super fast car is driven by a bunch of idiots like that.

@amuri, relax man! I think you have a plan of crashing his face instead!
Anyways, if you could recall guys, even Jeremy Clarkson have crashed a super high speed car, the Porsche GT3. Its seems that he can’t handle such a high power car like this.

@charles_vince, he is trying to sound and look cool though he isn’t! I want to curse him for crashing this car!

I really don’t understand what he is saying, his British accent and the sound of the FF makes it lot harder. However, the last part of the video is kind of funny!

haha. He is cursing the whole time until the video finished. That was funny! I wonder if the Ferrari ask for charges due to the crashed?lol

That’s hilarious. He should have been paying attention to the road instead of looking at the camera.

Yeah, that’s really one of the perks of being an automotive journalist, you get to drive all sorts of cars. Which is why this is a rather interesting job.

It seems that car article writer is a envious job because they were invited to test drive the future or current cars! Test driving a car like FF would be a a great opportunity so please don’t spoil it!

Well, at least he got the chance to drive the FF, only a few of us would get that shot. And he did get the distinction of being one one of the first few to actually crash it smiley

  (409) posted on 03.31.2011

Maybe he insisted on not having one tag along. Too bad for him though. See how his face changed so quickly from being excited to being panicked.

  (25) posted on 03.30.2011

oops, see his reaction. He is completely out of his mind and it is obvious when you crash a Ferrari that too on a test drive. Too many beeps... Its so funny yet.

Hey, I thought they were supposed to have an expert companion when test driving. Oh well, maybe the test drive organizers forgot to include those.

Hey its just a small bump i think, not much of a crash. He should pay more attention to the car instead of narrating. He can do that later right. After all he is test driving a Ferrari, Not a joke.

  (449) posted on 03.29.2011

haha. Yes, his reaction is kind of funny. But i think that incident happened because he is kind of nervous or it’s his first time to drive a sportscar! However, Im quite impress with the performance figure of the FF!

  (797) posted on 03.29.2011

Yeah, he might have been too excited to take on the wheel of the FF.that he lost control of it. Good thing that he survived uninjured though.

Wow! Last year Ferrari has set a record for the most burned Italia, although its just an accident. This journalist is really lucky to drive, but turned out that he crashed the car on an accident. Lol, his reactions really funny although he’s really unlucky at that moment.

Well, this one is clearly a mishap, too bad for the journalist the fun drive turn nearly harrowing. But good thing that he was able to just walk away from it.
