The Lamborghini Aventador Roadster is one of a handful of supercars->ke177 that will legitimately make men of all shapes and sizes squeal in glee by the mere sight of it. We’ve all been there, even though some may be reluctant to admit it.

First introduced in 2012 as the open-top equivalent of the Aventador,->ke3624 the Roadster version quickly garnered praise from all corners of the industry. It had the looks to match the fighting-bull name; it had the massive engine to justify its supercar status; and it gave little in the way of power to its coupe->ke141 counterpart. In other words, the Aventador Roadster exuded the the bravado and machismo of a true Italian supercar.

Hooniverse recently found itself in the company of an Aventador Roadster and like any self-respecting car-focused web series, it took the Italian bull for an angry test run. As usual, the Aventador Roadster was quick to impress, unleashing its unbridled fury like the hellacious all-wheel-drive supercar it was created to be. The drive got a little sideways for a bit but that’s the price you sometimes pay when you try driving a car as fast and as powerful as the Aventador Roadster and talk about all of its technical gadgetry at the same time.

Overall, though, it was a pretty comprehensive drive littered with heady thoughts about the supercar and bouts of amusing, if not predictable, child-like excitement.
