There are always two sides to any rivalry and it was no different in the case of Formula One drivers Niki Lauda and James Hunt.

The two are now the subject of Ron Howard’s latest cinematic masterpiece "Rush," which is set to hit theaters on September 20th. History will forever attach the names Niki Lauda and James Hunt to "world champions" but equally fitting when talking about these two drivers is the fact that they had one of the sport’s fiercest rivalries.

Howard touches on that in "Rush" and this newest trailer gives us a good look at one of the protagonists in the movie: James Hunt. Played by Chris Hemsworth, Hunt is portrayed as the free-wheeling playboy who epitomized living in the fast line, the perfect foil to the ultra competitive Lauda, who was driven to be the best on track.

This is the farthest thing from "Driven," folks. "Rush" is shaping up to be a must-watch movie for fans of both drivers and fans of Formula One in general.

He doesn't know when that will be, but until then, he’s committed to expressing his love for KITT, and all cars for that matter, here at TopSpeed.  Read More
