The only thing we like better than a video of a beautiful sports car circling the track is five videos of that same sports car doing what it was created to do. BMW has just unveiled five new videos of the M3 GTS and if you like the purring sounds of a car as it burns rubber then we suggest you take a seat and enjoy the ride!

The BMW M3 GTS is powered by a 4.4 liters V8 engine that delivers a total of 450 HP. The sprint from 0 to 60 mph is made in 4,4 seconds, and top speed will go up to 189 mph.

The M3 GTS sits on 19-inch wheels with ample 225/35 tires at the front and 285/30 at the rear. The car only weighs 1490 kilos thanks to the use of lightweight parts in the interior, the use of Macrolon for the car’s windows in the back, and the lack of air conditioning, navigation and radio. Of course the missing rear seat also helps get the scales down.

Four more videos after the jump.

An M3 coupe starts around $58000. If we use the same ratio for the base M3 coupe: M3 GTS in euros, the M3 GTS would be around $98000, so little less than a base M3 coupe in Europe. Cars in the United States are super cheap compared to those in Europe.

This is a special edition collectible car that is not supposed to sell in volume just like the E46 CSL was.

Come on, BMW. A 3-series with such a price tag is not acceptable. Bring us a real sports car, but not a mid-size sedan going wild..

No wonder they said they won’t build a M3 CSL, but I’m glad they build this. not just glad, but really happy. Extremely
