A few weeks ago we brought you the first teaser image of the upcoming 911 GT3 Cup car. Today Porsche->ke1 has released the first teaser video for the upcoming racecar, which is set to compete in the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2013 and the World Endurance Championship.

The model will be based on the new generation Porsche 911->ke282, but it is believed to carry much of its design elements and technology from the current generation. Under the hood you will find the same 4.0-liter six-cylinder boxer engine as found in the standard GT3, but with some extra ponies added in.

On the outside, the model will receive ultra-wide fenders, an aerodynamic package specially designed for racing and, of course, extra air intakes for better engine cooling. Just like with any other racecar, the GT3 Cup car will be equipped with a high-flow exhaust system, adjustable blade-type anti-roll bars, 18-inch wheels and carbon-ceramic brakes.
