If there was one car brand that has produced a road version sports car with an indelible racing lineage, you shouldn’t further than Porsche.
The recently-released 911 GT3 RS is only the latest in a long line of track cars Porsche has built primarily for the road. As a matter of fact, the RS’s history goes all the way back to 1973, where Porsche introduced to the world the 911 2.7 RS.

In this video, Porsche shows us three generations of the RS line, starting from the 1973 911 RS a 996 and 997 911 GT3 RS models. The video is seven-and-something minutes long so we advise you to sit back, relax and enjoy as much Porsche goodness as you can possibly get.

Wow, the old school Porsche rides are very good and I’m sure that those classics are priced very expensive. I heard that there is some kind of Porsche museum somewhere, hope to visit it and to see the oldest and latest cars from the company.
