The 2018 Goodwood Festival of Speed is in full effect, and with it, some of the most exciting sports cars and supercars are coming out to play. That includes the machine you see here - the McLaren P1 GT by Lanzante.

Essentially a modified version of the highly impressive McLaren P1 GTR, the P1 by Lanzante arrives to the party with updated aerodynamics thanks to an extended rear tail section and an enormous fixed rear wing. There’s also an upgraded rear diffuser, a larger front splitter, extra fender vents, and four exhaust tips in the rear.

We’re still waiting on all the exact technical specs, but at the very least, the P1 by Lanzante should be rocking the standard P1 GTR’s 986 horsepower thanks to its hybrid twin-turbo 3.8-liter V-8. And, given the latter half of the video, we know its got enough get-up-and-go to catch the Lexus LC500 up the Hillclimb. As if that was ever in doubt.
