You might be familiar with Senner Tuning and their positively-received customization programs for models like the Audi R8 or the Audi A5. This time, though, they’re turning their attention on a completely different project, namely the Volkswagen Golf R32.

Thanks in large part to a BMC Carbon Airbox, as well as a stainless steel sport exhaust system, and some ECU tuning, the tuned-up Golf V R32 raised its engine output 24 horsepower to a hugely-impressive 270 ponies.

Apart from the bump up in engine power, Senner Tuning also included in their tuning package for the Golf V R32, among other things, a new sport suspension, 3-piece alloy 20" wheels, performance brake pads and a set of carbon fiber parts - front grill inserts, a roof spoiler, a rear diffuser and side-mirror housings.

Whoever said that Senner Tuning only knows their way around Audis is sadly mistaken; they seem to be completely adept in souping up a Volkswagen, too.

I rarely understands what you’re saying but based on the details posted here, You have a clear idea to compare. Hoping that someday, I’ll be knowledgeable on certain things like car specifications and to distinguish which one is much better in terms of performance and speed.

no matter who tunes this golf is still one of the best German hatch. even the normal golf does look aggressive and sporty.

If the current V8 TDI has 590 lbs of torque and the Torque increases proportionally to the HP the new V8 TDI should run around 660 lbs of Torque.

The previous-gen R32 was one of the most entertaining cars I’ve ever driven. Very quick and agile, but comfier and less hard-core than an Evo or STi... perfectly calibrated for fast street driving.

One of the favorite cars of mine that I would love to see being tuned up is the VW Golf. The design and art on this specific car is simple but elegant. The Golf has been a sporty car for me and I think that with this kind of kits and upgrades for it’s performance and looks, a lot will be inspired and will be buying it. Hope to test drive one soon.

IMO having a rear diffuser will make it more stunning, also kudos to senner for amazing carbon body kits.
