Volkswagen is preparing the replacement of the current generation of Golf with a new model which will earlier circulate in the European market in the summer of 2008. The new Golf will be distinguished for his sport appearance.

The car will get a revised version of VW’s multi-link rear suspension, and there will be fewer engines available than the 13 variants that are on offer today. All the engines, including a possible six-cylinder diesel mill, will get direct-injection technology for extra power and efficiency.

Volkswagen Golf VI will follow the same design used in the Passat and Eos, and off-course the LED fog-lamps that we are allready used to on the next models. It will also get a restyled bumper similar to the one on the R32.
