Due to the automobile industry’s recent slow down certain automakers have to cut budgets wherever possible.
For instance Japanese automakers like Nissan and Mitsubishi have chosen to forego the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show.
However the halls of German auto salon will not be empty when the international motor show opens its doors in September.
Audi is expected to bring their new A8 and A5 Sport Back model.
Opel will have a new Astra.
Mercedes will bring out the E-Class estate and BMW will unveil the X1 and 5 Series GT.
However Volkswagen will be stealing the show when they debut 4 new models at the manufacturers home show.
