Stupid drivers know no bounds, and they certainly don’t favor one muscle car over another. Take this nincompoop, for example. Driving a camouflaged Dodge Charger SRT 392 at a car gathering in Houston, the driver decides to demonstrate his burnout skills in front of a gathered crowd.

That kind of stunt normally ends in one of two ways. He either pulls off the burnout to the delight of the adoring crowd or something goes horribly wrong and he’s left with more than pee down his trousers. Unfortunately, it’s the latter. Just as he attempts his burnout, the driver loses control of the Charger SRT 392 and crashes into a gathered crowd, taking a few bystanders along the way. Fortunately, no one got seriously hurt, and to the delight of Ford, it wasn’t a Mustang that ended up being on the short end of this YouTube lowlight.

What kind of idiocy is this?

It’s the kind that has no cure, sad as that is to say. There are a population of drivers out there who think they’re better at it than they actually are. Now, we give Mustang drivers a hard time because they’re the ones who usually end up involved in these absurd and completely avoidable crashes.

Again, the crash happened at a car gathering in Houston, which was surprisingly well-attended despite the spiking cases of Covid-19 in the U.S. In the company of some truly awesome supercars, the driver of the Charger SRT 392 took it upon himself to steal the show. He could’ve pulled it off, too, if he knew how to execute a proper burnout. Sadly, that wasn’t the case. He loses control of his Charger 392 in the process of performing his burnout and proceeds to crash straight into a gathered crowd. Not to let his stupidity and recklessness be outdone, he doubles down on those things by quickly bailing from the scene despite, leaving a few people injured because of his recklessness.

Fortunately, no one was seriously hurt from the accident, but there are still grounds for the idiot to be charged with a number of crimes, including a hit and run, which, by the way, is a felony in the state of Texas and is punishable by up to one year in prison. To make things worse for the driver, his Charger SRT 392 was wearing a heavy camouflage wrap with his Instagram and YouTube accounts — 1sikkscat and scat life, respectively — plastered all over his ride. Both accounts have since been deactivated, but both shouldn’t be too hard to find if someone files a lawsuit against the driver for his antics in the car meet.

Speaking of the car meet and despite the unfortunate crash, several supercars were spotted in attendance, including a flock of McLarens, Ferraris, and Lamborghinis. Two classics from the 1990s — a Ferrari Testarossa and a Lamborghini Diablo — were spotted in the meet, as was Pagani Huayra and a Hennessey Goliath 6x6. The event drew a smorgasbord of delicious exotics, but, sadly, it’ll probably be remembered more for the felony hit-and-run that took place involving a camouflaged Dodge Charger SRT 392 that might not be camouflaged anymore.
