Winning Formula: Vespa + Gorgeous Ladies = Awesomeness

For over 60 years, Vespa has been one of the pre-eminent scooter brands in the world and to celebrate yet another milestone anniversary, they’re going back to a tried-and-tested formula they’ve used to get our attention: hot babes.

While we’ve all come to love the scooter brand for being a reasonable urban ride, the scooter’s popularity was mostly based on it being a cheap alternative to over-priced four-wheeled vehicles. But when Vespa released a photo book commemorating their 60th anniversary, the contents of the book – or at least the photos we saw – certainly did its part in getting us hooked.

Inside the pages, with some of it you’ll see in this video, are photos of our beloved scooter accompanied by some unbelievably gorgeous women. Sure enough, the video got us hooked and as we continued to watch it, we realized just how timeless a brand Vespa is. From the wind-blown long skirts of daisies generations ago to the rough-edged, leather jacket-wearing vixens of today, Vespa is as iconic today as it was 60 years ago.

Kirby’s first exposure into the world of automobiles happened when he caught Knight Rider on television as a five-year old boy. David Hasselhoff didn’t leave much of an impression on him (that happened later on in Baywatch), but KITT certainly did. To this day, Kirby remains convinced that he will one day own a car with the same ‘spirit’ as the original KITT (not the 2008 monstrosity). He doesn't know when that will be, but until then, he’s committed to expressing his love for KITT, and all cars for that matter, here at TopSpeed.  Read More

I been traveling in Italy and I saw this Vespa Scooter! The famous maker of Italian scooters is Vespa, and they have a Vespa Museum in Pontedera, Italy, not far from Pisa. If you’re ever in the area, check out the museum.

What I really like about the Vespa, aside from the amazing ads and pictures of the scooter with beautiful ladies all through out time, is that it still have that original look. That classic feeling that makes you feel like handling a very important ride. A scooter that has been hitting the road for quite some time now.

I agree, it’s about 60 years from now since they started building their scooters. I’m very impressed with it because most of their scooters still has the concept of the first scooter they made.

Nope, they are also a scooter maker. They are one of the oldest and few who make a classy scooter.

Isn’t that vespa is a company who creates or makes an aircompressor?
