2019 Aston Martin DBS Superleggera By Wheelsandmore
The Aston Martin DBS Superleggera is the beneficiary of a significant aftermarket program from noted tuner Wheelsandmore. The tuner’s latest enterprise comprises two separate software updates to the DBS Superleggera’s 5.2-liter V-12 engine. The more significant of these two updates elevates the V-12’s output to levels you didn’t expect from the already potent DBS Superleggera. Aston’s resident thrill seeker is already a handful on its own, but with Wheelsandmore’s new software upgrades, there’s a case to be made that you should hold on for dear life when you’re riding shotgun in this supercar.
2018 GMC 3500HD Denali by Rolling Big Power and Keaton Hoskins
The GMC Sierra 3500HD Denali by Rolling Big Power and Keaton Hoskins is a one-off truck that showcases custom features designed for disabled people. Unveiled at the 2019 SEMA Show, this truck was created by Rolling Big Power, an industry leading manufacturer of aftermarket parts and Keaton “The Muscle” Hoskins from TV’s “Diesel Brothers.” It is based on the older, third-generation Sierra 3500HD Denali.
The truck was built for Jonathan Barber, who was involved in a coal-mining accident in 2017 that left him paralyzed from the chest down. Fitted with a 14-inch lift suspension, this bespoke Denali truck also features a gullwing door, hydraulic chair lift, and twist-handle controls for throttle and brakes, all designed to make life easier for its disabled driver. It’s fancy on the outside and practical on the inside, but it’s also special enough to draw a lot of onlookers at the SEMA Show or other truck-specific events. In other words, it’s a handicap-accessible show rig that we don’t get to see too often.
2020 Ford Mustang Jack Roush Edition by Roush Performance
The 2020 Ford Mustang Jack Roush Edition is a high-performance version of the sixth-generation Mustang designed by Roush Performance. Unveiled at the 2019 SEMA Show, the Jack Roush Edition is more than just another beefed-up Mustang. This special-edition model celebrates the legacy of its founder, Jack Roush, who was recently inducted in the NASCAR Hall of Fame.
Although it’s not particularly more aggressive than other Roush-made Mustangs, the Jack Roush Edition is the most powerful vehicle created by the American firm. Rated at 775 horsepower, it packs more punch than iconic Mustang nameplates like the Shelby GT500 and the Shelby Super Snake. Let’s find out more about this powerful beast in the review below.
2020 Hennessey Resurrection ZL1 1LE Camaro
John Hennessey is bringing some divine power to the 2019 SEMA Auto Show. The model is called the Hennessey Resurrection, but don’t confuse the perceived grace attached to its name. The Resurrection is a super-limited, take-no-prisoners, 1,200 horsepower Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 that can lay waste to any ill-fated automotive soul that gets in its way. Hennessey only plans to build 24 units of the Resurrection with each model priced at around $200,000. That’s right. If you want to be showered by the grace of the Resurrection, you need to pay up some serious cash for the opportunity. This is why it’s worth every penny.
2019 Audi SQ8 by ABT Sportsline
The Audi SQ8 isn’t the most violent version of Audi’s Q8 SUV lineup. That spot is reserved for the RS Q8. But the SQ8 TDI is potent enough in its own way, and when you get the involvement of noted Audi tuner ABT Sportsline, the result is a face-mashing performance SUV that produces enough torque to make the range-topping RS Q8 feel redundant. The German tuner’s new program for the SQ8 SUV is a masterclass in the art of tuning upgrades. It comes with subtle but important exterior and interior upgrades that complement the power and performance gains that also come with the whole package. The tuning kit is specced specifically for the SQ8 TDI so if that’s your thing, you shouldn’t miss out on this program. If you prefer the gas-powered version that lacks the low revs and fake exhausts, you might as well just wait for the Audi RS Q8 to arrive towards the end of the year. Either way, it’s a can’t-lose proposition.
2019 Land Rover Defender 6x6 Black Mamba by Classic Overland
The 2020 Land Rover Defender was recently launched, and it was well-received by world. The Defender is one of the toughest off-roaders we have seen even in the past. So much so, in fact, that aftermarket companies took it in as their guinea pig and worked on it in various different ways. Here’s one such company called Classic Overland that turned this beast into something extraordinary. The 6x6 Defender is the ultimate off-roader that will conquer anything and everything in its path. But, where will you take this?
2019 Ford Mustang by Austin Cindric and Tucci Hot Rods
This year’s SEMA Auto Show is expected to host some of the finest aftermarket vehicles of the year. That’s the typical run of the order when it comes to the world’s biggest tuner show. The Ford Mustang will undoubtedly be well-represented in the event, as is the case pretty much every year. This time, though, three custom-built, one-off Mustangs will be at SEMA, including this dandy of a build from Team Penske race car driver Austin Cindric and aftermarket tuner extraordinaire Tucci Hot Rods.
Together, the two parties worked to create what is arguably one of the most impressive Mustang builds we’ve seen in a while. It comes with important aesthetic and aerodynamic upgrades, some of which were created through non-traditional means. This Mustang also has an identity that it can call its own, thanks to several personal touches that were included to celebrate Cindric’s family roots in motor racing. Best of all, this Mustang packs the meanest engine upgrade program among the three one-off Mustangs. It’s the most powerful of the lot, and that says something considering that the other Mustangs that are included in MoneyLion’s “HEAR WE ROAR” sweepstakes are both packing 700 horsepower on their own. This one beats both, and it is awesome.
2019 Jeep Gladiator by FiftyTen
The Jeep Gladiator changed the way the compact pickup market was looked at. We finally have a hardcore truck that is as versatile as any other truck it competes against. We’ve covered the Gladiator as a daily driver, an off-roader, and a work truck; but, how about as an adventure truck? We guess this was the only thing left on the list.
Here’s FiftyTen, a German company that makes camping gear. The company recently teased a foldable camping gear earlier this year, and now, it has revealed the product by shelling out some details on the Gladiator-based camper that will make its debut over the coming weekend.
2019 Ford Mustang by Joey Logano and Vaughn Gittin Jr.
The 2019 SEMA Auto Show is going to be so full with custom-built creations that it’s going to be hard to stand out unless you have jet boosters in tow. But for this particular Ford Mustang GT, standing out shouldn’t be a problem. It was created specifically for that purpose by two men — 2018 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS) Champion Joey Logano and World Champion Drifter and founder of RTR Motorsports, Vaughn Gittin Jr. — who know a thing or two about custom-built performance cars.
This one-off Mustang is officially called the Ford RTR Mustang, and it’s one of the three Mustangs that are featured in mobile bank MoneyLion’s “HERE WE ROAR” sweepstakes. Beyond its exclusivity — it’s a one-off model — the RTR Mustang fits the bill of perfect SEMA showpiece. It’s heavily dressed in aftermarket goodies and it boasts a completely upgraded performance setup, highlighted by an engine upgrade program that unleashes a new level of power and performance from Ford’s iconic muscle car. The 2019 RTR Mustang is meant to attend the 2019 SEMA Auto Show. Fortunately, that’s exactly where we’re going to see it before it finds a lucky new owner by way of MoneyLion’s sweepstakes.
2019 Ford Mustang by Ryan Blaney and David Chen
The Ford Mustang is a fixture at the SEMA Auto Show, and this year will be no different. Fresh from the aftermarket oven comes this current-generation Ford Mustang GT. It comes by way of mobile bank MoneyLion’s “HERE WE ROAR” sweepstakes and it’s one of three custom-tuned Mustangs that can be won through the competition.
This particular Mustang was created by Team Penske NASCAR Cup Series driver Ryan Blaney and world-renowned automotive photographer Larry Chen. Both received help from some of the best tuners in the country, and the result is a 700-horsepower performance machine that can set drag strips and race tracks on fire.
1992 Mercedes 250GD Wolf by Expedition Motor Company
Mercedes G-Wagen is a legend in itself. It started off as a military vehicle, but has been in production since 1979. The SUV is adored by people all across the globe, be it the older models, or the latest. Here’s one classic 1992 G-Wagen that has been restored by Expedition Motor Company. The restomod is a good project as a wholesome and we are quite happy with the result. The SUV has literally been ripped apart and everything its chassis is new. Let’s take a look at how it has turned out.
2019 Porsche 911 992 by Techart
There’s a rule of thought that a lot of tuners abide. You don’t work on a tuning program for a Porsche 911 unless you know what you’re doing. There are a handful of tuners out there that are regarded as being some of the best Porsche tuners in the business. TechArt is one of them. The German tuner has built and developed programs for a lot of Porsche models. It has an impeccable reputation, earned from years of building some of the best kits you can buy for your beloved Porsches. It just so happens that TechArt has a new program to offer, one for the all-new, 992-generation Porsche 911. In keeping with its stature, TechArt’s new kit is loaded in all departments. From exterior changes to engine upgrades, the German tuner covered all its bases, and the result is a tuning program that owners of the new 911 992 should seriously consider getting. Don’t take it from us; check out the program and see for yourselves.
2019 Jeep Wrangler Black Hawk Military Edition by Chelsea Truck Company
The Jeep Wrangler is one of the most mod-friendly off-roaders one can buy today. The company itself offers hundreds of accessories and packages through Mopar, but that doesn’t limit other aftermarket companies to work on the Wrangler.
One such company is the U.K.-based Chelsea Truck Company. The company currently works on the Jeep Wrangler, Land Rover Defender, and the Mercedes-Benz G-Class. It makes many iterations of the Wrangler and the Defender, but in this piece, we’ll be looking at the Jeep Wrangler Black Hawk Military Edition.
2020 Porsche Taycan by Hennessey
Hennessey is famous far and wide for its fully loaded tuning programs for some of the finest performance cars in the world. That’s a reputation the tuning company has earned after 30 years of delivering goods packed with jacked and juiced V-8 engines that oftentimes defy our imaginations. But just as Hennessey’s reputation for these programs is iron-clad, the tuner isn’t afraid to test the waters in other areas of the aftermarket world. Well, it’s doing just that after announcing plans to create an aftermarket program for an electric car. Mind you, this isn’t your typical electric car project, either. Hennessey isn’t creating a program for the Nissan Leaf. Instead, the tuner is setting its sights on the Porsche Taycan. As far as ambitious projects go, this one’s right up there for Hennessey, though if there’s one tuner that can pull it off, my money’s on John Hennessey and his boys. Prepare to enter a new world of EV tuning, folks. This is going to be good.
2019 Lamborghini Urus by Novitec
Some vehicles don’t need to do anything to stand out. Some just show up and attract attention like a flame attracts moths. The Lamborghini Urus super-SUV is one such vehicle. The Urus stands out on its own in ways very few — if any — SUVs do. Maybe it’s the way it looks, or maybe it’s the Lamborghini badge on its hood. Either way, there’s little you can do to make the Urus stand out even more. Or is there?
Novitec tried to answer that question by creating an aftermarket program that’s specifically dedicated to Lamborghini’s high-performance SUV. The result is like a lot of Novitec’s past tuning programs. It looks meaner and, more importantly, it comes with power and performance upgrades that emphatically cast aside any notion that the Urus can’t stand out more than it already does.
2019 Land Rover Defender Spectre by Himalaya
Land Rover launched the all-new 2020 Defender a couple of days back, and the SUV has it has been the talk of the internet ever since. In fact, the hype is so extensive that even aftermarket company. If you remember, the new Defender was spotted without clothes for the first time on the movie set of the upcoming James Bond movie “No Time To Die” just about a week before the official launch. As it turns out, South Carolina based Himalaya decided to customize this Defender, taking inspiration from another previous Bond movie, Spectre, and even gave it the same name. Does it look exciting? Well, you tell us.
2019 Mercedes G-Class 900 V-12 by Brabus
These days, V-12s are a big deal and every enthusiast wants to grab one for themselves before they go extinct; in exchange for some big bucks, obviously. Enter Brabus, the aftermarket tuner known to make you go from a being a millionaire to broke in a matter of seconds. But, in return, you become a proud owner of a super-exclusive vehicle that is comparable to absolutely nothing.
Brabus’ latest creation is this V-12 Mercedes G-Class off-roader that is being premiered at the Frankfurt Auto Show. Called the Brabus G V12 900 "One of Ten”, this SUV is the perfect ode to the V-12s that will be retired soon from Mercedes’ stable.
