You might remember the Ring Brothers from their Ford Mustang "Producer" project announced last month. Well, now the tuner is back with a very cool 1970 Camaro->ke248 unveiled at the 2011 SEMA Auto Show called the "Diversion." The project was completed to bring the memory of the coolest Camaro ever back to life.

The new Diversion project features a BASF Mineral Gray paint and was built on a custom-built chassis with a specially fabricated body that includes extended rockers. The Ring Brothers paid extra attention to every detail of the car and all items have been carefully crafted.

Back in the 1970s, the Camaro delivered a total of 375 HP, but since the Diversion is all about bringing the past to the present, it has been updated to an impressive 650 HP. For this, the standard engine has been replaced with a GM LS7 engine mated to a Tremec TKO-600 5-speed transmission.

The modernization of the Camaro Diversion is pretty sweet, but don't get too excited because it was only built as a one-off model.
