Koenigsegg is celebrating Valentine’s Day in style. The hypercar purveyor rolled out the mighty Regera on a snow-covered airstrip at its factory in Angelholm, Sweden for some recreational fun. Rare is the day when you see Koenigsegg’s $1.9 million hypercar let its hair down. But it’s the day of love, and Koenigsegg wants to celebrate it with all of us through this video of the Regera that’s having the time of its life in the snow.

Carwow has dropped a new drag race, and it’s between two performance vehicles that offer contrasting styles of driving pleasure. In the blue corner is the sublime 992-generation Porsche 911 Turbo S. In the red corner is the guttural Dodge Challenger SRT Demon. The latter isn’t available in the U.K, but host Mat Watson managed to get his hands on one courtesy of British car importer CS Panda. So with the Demon in tow, Watson challenged Yianni Charalambous and his 992-gen Porsche 911 Turbo S to a race that didn’t turn into much of one.

For years, the YouTuber has been showcasing the quirks and features of some of the most interesting cars, ever made, as well as some pretty obscure stuff.

Jay Leno saved a 1963 Chevrolet Corvette restomod from getting hit by a wayward Lexus IS300 that musician Rick Springfield forgot to put in park.

The 70-year-old comedian and the 1980s rockstar were filming an episode of Leno’s CNBC series Jay Leno’s Garage when the mishap happened. The scene could’ve ended a lot worse for the two celebrities and their precious rides, but thanks to Leno’s quick reaction, disaster was definitely averted.

It’s 2021 and supercars are capable of well in excess of 200 mph. Bugatti has hit the 300-mph mark with a version of the Chiron and at least three carmakers, including Koenigsegg, Hennessey, and SSC, are planning to do record runs soon. Now an achievable goal, 300 mph was the stuff of dreams in the 1980s, when automakers were still racing to hit 200 mph. I’m obviously talking about road-legal production cars, because the land speed record had already exceeded 200 mph in 1927. The Ferrari F40 and Jaguar XJ220 were among the first production cars to hit 200 mph and Top Gear brought them together to find out "which is the ultimate 200-mph pioneer."
