2022 Dodge Challenger And Charger HEMI® Orange Pack
What’s so special about the Dodge Challenger And Charger HEMI® Orange appearance package?
The new HEMI Orange appearance package pays tribute to the iconic HEMI engine used on Dodge muscle cars for years.
Dodge opted the orange accents as a tribute to color used by the first models powered by the famous engine.
The black and orange theme dominated both the exterior and the interior look of both the Charger and the Challenger. For the exterior the orange paint has been used to outline the Midnight Grey Metallic grille and for the fender badging, but also for that cool-looking orange accent tracer that complements the Gunmetal striping that runs the entire length of the car.
For the Scat Pack models, Dodge is offering Carbon Black “Warp Speed” 20-by-11-inch wheels with contrasting orange Brembo six-piston calipers, while the GT RWD models will be offered with Medium Gloss Black 20-by-9-inch wheels with the same contrasting orange Brembo four-piston calipers.
For the interior, Dodge opted for a few black-out modifications for the steering wheel bezels, shifter body and cluster trim, cup holder, and vent rings.
It then added orange stitching for the instrument panel, door uppers and armrest, console lid, shifter boot, and leather flat-bottom steering wheel.
The sports seats feature the same orange stitching and a monochromatic Dodge Rhombi seatback logo. Also, the Scat Pack Widebody will get an orange-and-black “392” instrument panel badge.
The new HEMI Orange package will be available through dealerships starting in the fourth quarter of 2021.
It will have a price of $2,995 for GT RWD models and $1,500 for Scat Pack Widebody models.
Dodge also announced that the same package will be offered for the 2022 Dodge Durango R/T and R/T Tow N Go in the first quarter of 2022.
