When was Fiat created?

In 1899

Fiat was created in 1899, when the Italians launched their first automobile, a 4hp car that could hit a top speed of 35 km/h and which was sold in its first year in four units. The company was created by Giovanni Agnelli – a 33 year-old man and the brand’s name is in fact an acronym for Fabbrica Italiana Automobili Torino.
