Roush Performance is known for Ford builds and it has come up with one more; this time for the 2021 F-250 and the F-350 Super Duty trucks. The aftermarket company has worked on aspects that will make it even more capable in tough conditions, like a new exhaust system, upgraded suspension system, and new wheels and tires.

  • Model: 2021 Ford Super Duty By Roush Performance
  • [do not use] Vehicle Model: Array

Roush Performance has made quite a few changes on the outside. Up front, the Ford grille is replaced with an equally big Roush high-flow one. It comes with integrated LED marker lights instead of amber ones as seen on stock models. A bumper cover is also offered that gives the front fascia an aggressive look a lot more aggressive. Roush has even equipped the signature ‘R’ puddle lamps.

The Roush Super Duty series will feature new fender flares to accommodate the big tires. They come with accent lighting, too. A graphics package is also part of the kit that lets you know that isn’t an ordinary Super Duty truck. The truck will ride on 20-inch satin black Roush wheels wrapped in 35-inch General Gabber AT/X tires.

The company has upgraded the suspension system as well, adding nitrogen-charged aluminum body coilovers with tuned performance springs in the front. At the rear, it is equipped with aluminum shocks that use internal floating pistons to provide a comfortable ride and improve off-road capability. With all these changes, the truck now rides two inches higher off the ground.

Roush hasn’t made a whole lot of changes inside the cabin. The package includes:

-* Custom Roush gauge cluster

-* Embroidered headrests

-* Roush-branded WeatherTech floor liners

-* Serialized interior badges

-* Roush “R” key fobs

Apart from this, you can also opt for premium leather seats, additional graphics, and a Ready Package, which adds a full steel Console Vault with a 4-digit security code and an Off-Road Utility Kit.

Ford offers the Super Duty trucks with three different engine options. In the standard form, it comes with a 6.2-liter, V-8 engine under the hood. It makes 385 horses and 430 pound-feet of torque. Power is sent to the wheels via a six-speed automatic gearbox. If you’re willing to shell out some extra bucks, you can opt for the 7.3-liter, V-8 Godzilla engine. It churns out 430 ponies and 475 pound-feet of twist. Power is sent to all the wheels via a 10-speed automatic transmission.

This engine, too, is mated to a 10-speed auto gearbox. The tuner has not made any changes to the power outputs, but has installed a DPF-Back exhaust system, which provides an aggressive tone and increases airflow.

The aftermarket company has priced this kit at $14,900 for the F-250 and the F-350. It also comes with a 3-year/36,000-mile limited warranty.
