To see how much of a difference it made, the tuner decided to pit the Goliath 700 against a stock 2020 Chevy Silverado which features the same engine as the Sierra, sans the Hennessey mods.
This Official Rendering Gives Us Our First Look at the Hennessey Venom F5’s Design
Hennessey first announced the Venom F5 back in 2014, when the American company was still offering the Venom GT. The latter was discontinued in 2017, but the Venom F5 has yet to show up. Although Hennessey has released a ton of info about the hypercar, none of the 24 customer cars have been built so far. But Hennessey promises that the first chassis will be completed this summer and released an older rendering of the car.

On paper, the Maximus 1000 checked all the boxes that you’d expect from a truck of this demeanor. But, we have yet to see it prove its mettle in tough terrains or tracks or anywhere in the real world for that matter. Hennessey, a brand notorious for tuning Ford vehicles, has launched its latest take on the Ford F-150: The Hennessey Venom 775. Hennessey is known to give massive performance boosts to its vehicles and the 2020 Venom 775 is no exception either. Transformed inside and out, the Venom 775 is also a super-quick beast, thanks to all the mods made under the hood. The company has limited the production of the Venom 775 to just 100 examples, though, so if you want one, you need to move quick.

The Hennessey Maximus Jeep Gladiator Drops a Ton of Power Between the Engine and the Wheels: Video
Do you remember the Maximus 1000? Hennessey injected the Jeep Gladiator with steroids and renamed it the Maximus 1000 earlier this year. Although it looks absolutely stunning in black, the truck’s biggest change was under the hood where the tuner decided to swap the stock Pentastar engine with a Hellcat mill.
The engine was then further tuned to churn out 1,000 horsepower and now Hennessey has released a video of the Maximus doing a dyno run. Although you’d expect it to rev in all its glory, the Maximus actually didn’t make a 1,000 horses. It was a lot less, and honestly, a tad bit disappointing.
2021 Chevrolet C8 Corvette by Hennessey
The mid-engined 2020 Chevrolet Corvette C8 has yet to arrive in dealerships, but Hennessey is already staking claim to an aftermarket program that could provide the Corvette C8 with as much as 1,200 horsepower. Company founder John Hennessey dropped the bombshell, saying that the program would bring a lot to the table in terms of aerodynamic enhancements, new wheels, and, of course, engine upgrade programs with different states of tune.
The availability of Hennessey’s program will largely depend on the Corvette C8’s market launch. The eight-generation ‘Vette was supposed to arrive this year, but General Motors has pushed the start of production to early 2021 — around February or March — due to the UAW strike that lasted a month before ending in October 2019. If you’re dying to get a hold of this 1,200-horsepower, Hennessey-tuned Corvette C8, you might have to wait around a year for that opportunity.‘’

John Hennessey is bringing some divine power to the 2019 SEMA Auto Show. The model is called the Hennessey Resurrection, but don’t confuse the perceived grace attached to its name. The Resurrection is a super-limited, take-no-prisoners, 1,200 horsepower Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 that can lay waste to any ill-fated automotive soul that gets in its way. Hennessey only plans to build 24 units of the Resurrection with each model priced at around $200,000. That’s right. If you want to be showered by the grace of the Resurrection, you need to pay up some serious cash for the opportunity. This is why it’s worth every penny.
