Holden

As a subsidiary of General Motors, Holden served as a way for GM to import and sell cars under a unique name in Australia. Holden cars like the Commodore, Caprice, and Ute were designed in-house, though a lot of its products were rebadged models from various brands, including Nissan, Opel, and Toyota, among others. Holden was essentially replaced by GM Specialty Vehicles, which imports the C8 Corvette and Chevy Silverado.
