Honda’s heritage is steeped in research, technological developments, and a long-standing commitment to providing environmentally-sustainable transport. So it comes as no surprise that Honda is working on the development of biofuel cars, too.
Honda announced that it will exhibit production and concept automobiles and a number of technologies at the 40th Tokyo Motor Show (sponsored byJapan Automobile Manufacturers Association, Inc.), to be held from Saturday, October 27 to Sunday, November 11, 2007, at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan.
The next generation Fit (sold as Jazz in European markets) will debut at the Tokyo Motor Show on 24 October, 2007. The car will go on sale in Japan in January ’08 but plans to bring the next generation model to the UK are still over 12 months away. Five years into its model life and Jazz remains Honda’s most successful small car. Its clever packaging, space and value for money have been a winning formula ensuring global demand and increased production capability.
At Tokyo Auto Salon, Mugen unveiled the “Road to Racing Concept” which is based on the Civic Sedan featuring a bodykit reminiscent of the 4door Type-R.

Honda Motor Co., Ltd. announced it will display four concept vehicles developed by Honda Access Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary manufacturing genuine Honda aftermarket products, at the Tokyo Auto Salon 2007 with NAPAC1, to be held Friday to Sunday, January 12-14, 2007 at Makuhari Messe in Chiba Prefecture, Japan.
