We’ve seen plenty of Jeep Gladiator aftermarket builds, but this is one of a kind. South Florida Jeeps, aka So Flo Jeeps, has created a monster out of this simple-looking truck from Jeep. Called the SF 6x6G, the company has transformed every single nook and corner of this Gladiator. It rides much higher than the stock model, sits on bigger tires, comes equipped with a lot of additional accessories, has an extra axle, and the best part – packs a Corvette engine under the hood. Can a build get any better?

How Is It On The Outside?

The So Flo Jeep SF 6x6G is based on the 2020 Jeep Gladiator. The company says that the only things that remain from the factory are the doors. Up front, the 6x6G features a steel ‘Grumper’. This is essentially a grille + winch bumper and comes with a 9,500-pound built-in winch.

The hood is swapped for a custom fiberglass, dent and rust resistant “Predator Hood” that features air vents at the top and on the sides. A steel armor cowl is also equipped around the windshield.

It also comes with power running steps on both sides that are activated as soon as the doors are opened. Given that it sits five-inches higher off the ground, this is an essential feature. So Flo has also installed rock lights on the undercarriage that make the whole suspension glow. They are operated by a custom switch panel next to the dash in the cabin. Not to mention, it comes with removable roofs and doors.

This Gladiator sits on an extended frame since it comes with two additional wheels. So Flo also had to build a Custom Roll Cage not only for the aesthetics, but also the safety. The 6x6G features a handmade truck-bed as well.

20 gallons of this mixture is used all around the body, including the bed. Thanks to this, you don’t have to wax or buff the Gladiator. Hosing it down with a power washer should be enough.

How Is It On The Inside?

There’s not a lot mentioned about the interior changes. Lights bars are installed inside the cabin for added illumination. The seats and other parts of the cabin are wrapped in hand-stitched, Marine Grade weather-resistant leather. This will allow you to wash the cabin easily without having to worry about spoiling the upholstery or the cabin panels.

What Powers The 6x6 G?

This is a 6.2-liter, LS3 V-8 engine that makes 430 horses and 425 pound-feet of torque. The truck features a full-time six-wheel-drive system that is created by re-gearing and re-assembling a 5.13:1 axle.

The middle axle is equipped with a nine-inch differential from Detroit True Track Locker. As mentioned earlier, the 6x6G features a five-inch premium lift with Falcon shocks that allow up to 14 inches of suspension travel on each axle. A Falcon Steering Stabilizer is installed to make the handling of this six-wheel beast easier. The truck also has a towing capacity of 12,000 pounds.

How Much Does It Cost?

The 6.2-liter V-8 engine is an optional upgrade that costs $30,000, but the company has not mentioned if the $140,000 price tag comes with the standard engine or the V-8.

Final Thoughts

So Flo Jeeps has transformed the Gladiator into a beast with all these upgrades. Other than the doors, everything else is new here. By installing stuff like a Steering Stabilizer, the company has made sure that the truck is more than just an off-roader and can be used in the city as well. The SF 6x6G with the V-8 mill will make the enthusiasts happy who would love to rev this truck and touch high speeds despite its humongous size. The price seems exorbitantly high, but when you compare it to the Hennessey build of the Gladiator that sells at $200,000 a pop, it offers more bang-for-the-buck.
