To commemorate this, the automaker has come up with four special editions based on the themes of Mexico’s culture – Life, Death, Dream, and Time. Huracán EVO Edición Vita - Life

Celebrating ‘life’, the Huracán Edición Vita comes finished in Verde Ermes green exterior shade. On the inside, it features golden ‘Oro Elios’ accents. This is the flagship model of the four, and rightly so, given the theme of life. It is symbolized with an emblem of an eagle that celebrates freedom and success.

Huracán EVO Edición Morte - Death

This edition symbolizes ‘death’. The Huracán Morte is finished in a Blu Astraeus blue exterior shade with Bronzo Serse design accents. Unlike the contrasting interior of the Vita, this edition follows the same blue interior with bronze stitching. It is symbolized with an emblem of a skull that celebrates the experiences between life and death.

Huracán EVO Edición Sogno - Dream

This Huracán is all about dreams and is visually the loudest car of the lot. It features a Blu Symi light blue exterior shade complemented with golden highlights. The color is said to resemble the mythical-like creatures seen in Mexican folk art. On the inside, the automaker has followed a black-and-white dual-tone theme with contrasting gold stitching on the seats. Here, you get an emblem of a two-headed dragon, which denotes dreams with a mixture of fantasy and reality.

Huracán EVO Edición Tempo – Time

The Huracan Tempo follows the ‘Time’ theme. The car is finished in a black Nero Nemesis exterior shade with Bronzo Serse underlines to break the monotony. Inside the cabin, you’ll notice dark hues with bronze accents around the seats, trim, and even the stitching as well. It is symbolized with a plaque of a snake, representative of the reinvention of oneself by the shedding of skin. Lamborghini also mentioned this edition represents its partnership with Mexico over the last decade.

What Powers These Huracán EVO Mexico Editions?

The Huracán EVO Mexico Editions are powered by the same engine as the standard Huracán EVO – a 5.2-liter, V-10 630 horses at 8,000 rpm and 443 pound-feet of twist at 6,500 rpm. Power is sent to all the wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox. The Huracán EVO takes 2.9 seconds to sprint to 62 mph from rest and nine seconds to 124 mph.

Lamborghini Is On A Roll

The Italian automaker has had the best half-year in 2021 in its history, according to DuPont Registry. Lamborghini delivered 4,852 copies in the first six months this year, which is 37-percent more than the same period last year and 6.6-percent more than the first half of 2019. Urus accounted for more than half the sales, followed by the Huracan and the Aventador.

The U.S. was the biggest market for the automaker as it delivered 1,502 examples here. China, Germany, the U.K, and Japan are the other countries that make up for the ‘Top Five Markets’ list. Also, it has orders that have the production covered until April 2022. At this pace, it looks like Lamborghini might just have the best year in its history.
