Since Land Rover received such positive feedback on their new three and five-door Range Rover Evoque models, the company may be looking into adding a fourth (don’t forget about the Range Rover Sport) model to their lineup. That will be a supersized Evoque with a side order of sportiness, please.

That’s right, one of the vehicles currently in discussion is called the "Grand Evoque" which will be placed between the Range Rover Evoque and the Range Rover Sport. This new model will be built on Land Rover’s new LR-MS platform - the same platform that will be used for the future Jaguar SUV model - and will feature an aggressively sporty appearance and considerable interior space, especially in the rear.

The Grand Evoque is expected to carry the same front-wheel drive system as found in the original Evoque, with a choice of 2.2-liter diesel and 2.0-liter petrol engines.

Expect to see the Land Rover Grand Evoque in the next two or three years, specifically for the USA and Chinese markets where the market for bigger SUVs continues to grow. Prices should start at around £35, 000, or about $56,000 at the current rates.

This was a very nice concept, this Evoque was marketed in China, wow that’s great. If I’m not mistaken most of the car materials were from China. Well this is a big thing in the market of China.

I think Americans has been the solid fans of this brand and for the past few years this car manufacturer haven’t failed to give their best to build such an awesome ride!

Yeah, there are a lot of vehicle that was out in the Chinese market. However, this car is still a concept. And it seems that it will take a long time before we can see its production.

Well, it seems that there ’s a growing of demand in the Chinese market! I have notice that there are a lot of car manufacturer that built a vehicle only for this market!

The styling of this future vehicle is kind of impressive. BTW, I was shocked that there’s a growing sales in Chinese market among SUV! It seems that they have set aside their crave for long wheel base car!

finally, I got to see a Land Rover that is powered with 2.2-liter diesel! Well, its great as well that they have offer two engine option for the car.

Its a good thing as well that they offer a different engine option for this car. It seems that they are going to use the front-wheel drive system for the car to boost its performance. BTW, is that the fixed price of the car on its future debut?

Wow! The future styling of the Land Rover is quite impressive! And it seems that they have made a more futuristic and sporty look for the car. I wonder on what will be the figure performance of the car?

At $56K, I would say that this one is actually quite affordable. And with the features that they are including, then this one would surely be a hit.

I think they probably have that one figured out already. Since this one is going to be on a lower level from the Range Rover Sport, I think it will have a more efficient gas consumption.

Looks very sporty. I bet everybody would love to buy this one. How lucky it will be first launch in US and China.

Definitely, this is certainly going to be a hit. But one thing that really worries me about the Land Rover Evoque is that it is likely going to be a real gas guzzler.

I am definitely one of those that are not that keep about the Range Rover Sport. Really a bit too pricey for my taste. But if they would be able to keep this one at a reasonable price, then I might go for it.

This Land Rover I think is one of the most anticipated model I’ve ever seen. The design looks simply elegant and beautiful for a land rover.

This one does look good on the renderings, hopefully it will also be just the same with the final version of the cars. And we probably would be seeing the specs on this one soon enough.

Well, I would say that that one is certainly a good move on Land Rover’s part. The new model will surely attract a lot of folks who might not be that too keen on the Range Rover Sport.

  (238) posted on 06.22.2011

Well, I have no doubt on that one! BTW, I wonder on why does the Chinese won’t make their own car brand since they have a huge market?

Land Rover has been the favorite in US market! And i think Americans has been the solid fans of this brand and for the past few years this car manufacturer haven’t failed to give their best to built such awesome rides!
