The 2022 Lincoln Navigator takes a hit in the power department, but gains on the tech stuffby Sidd Dhimaan, on LISTEN 03:36
Lincoln debuted the 2022 Navigator with a fresh face and a whole lot of tech upgrades. The tech upgrades include a bigger touchscreen system and hands-free technology called the Lincoln Glide that’s a disguised Ford BlueCruise system. The SUV will also support over-the-air updates to save time at the dealerships. Things under the skin, however, are nearly identical to the 2021 model, with the only change being the loss of 10 horses from the model it replaces.

The Navigator L offers a maximum cargo space of 120.2 cubic feet. The standard Navigator offers up to 103.3 cubic feet of space.
What Powers The 2022 Lincoln Navigator?
Speaking of the drivetrain, the Navigator is offered with a 3.5-liter, twin-turbo V-6 engine under the hood. It puts out 440 horses at 5,850 rpm and 510 pound-feet of torque at 3,000 rpm.
This is a dip of 10 horses when compared to the 2021 model which used to make 450 ponies. Power is channeled to the wheels via a ten-speed automatic gearbox. You can have it in either a rear-wheel-drive configuration or an all-wheel-drive layout.
The Lincoln Navigator will arrive in early 2022. Pricing is not yet revealed, but we should hear more about it by the end of the year. The 2021 Lincoln Navigator starts at $76,705, but the new model could bear a starting price of a shade under $80,000.
