It’s not often that you find somebody that is given a license to throw a supercar around a race track. But Top Gear seems to be an exception most of the time.
Recently, the benevolent McLaren P1 was spotted at the Spa-Francorchamps and with it was the Top Gear crew, fully dressed and looking like they’re ready to do something serious on the McLaren supercar.
The ensuing video proceeds to give us an idea of what we can expect when season 21 of Top Gear comes around. For now, we can enjoy this video and see who we assume to be The Stig giving the P1 all it can handle, including one powerslide attempt at left a lot to be desired.
We doubt that’s the one that’s going to be in the future episode, but we can certainly appreciate the fact that The Stig is running the P1 to its limit. Then again, we shouldn’t be surprised when it comes The Stig and Top Gear, right?

The upcoming Forza Motorsport 5 driving game is set to feature the legendary TopGear driver himself.
Some say, he is even faster in the dark...
That’s right, Forza Motorsport 5 will offer you the chance to race against The Stig.
The Stig’s Digital Cousin will only be available for those players planning to get both the new Xbox One and Forza 5 next month. So, if you are really good on racing games, the virtual Stig is waiting for you.
You will be able to race against him on the famous Top Gear test track that was rendered in meticulous detail, including the follow-through and Gambon sections. The game will also offer lots of in-game commentary from Jeremy, Richard and James on the career modes, and races inspired by Top Gear events, amongst other things.
The new Forza Motorsport 5 will be released on November 22nd, 2013.
Be warned, though, The Stig’s Digital Cousin doesn’t take defeat lightly.

Everyone’s favorite trio since the Three Stooges is back in the headlines after a few months of relative obscurity.
Yes, friends; Clarkson, Hammond, and May are coming back for the 18th season of Top Gear and one of the first segments that has been leaked out is a real doozy. The trio was recently spotted filming a segment for Top Gear in Rome, Italy with a trio of exotics that would make any car-loving individual turn green envy.
Check out the digs the boys have in their hands - a Lamborghini Aventador, a Noble M600, and a McLaren MP4-12C - and tell us that you don’t want to just to beat up these guys and run away with their supercars.
Thoughts of violence aside, we’re actually pretty happy to see these guys back in action. We don’t know what kind of gimmick they have for those three exotics, but considering their long and rather infamous history with the cars they drive on the show, anything short of memorable will be a disappointment.
While we await for the season to kick off at the break of 2012, we can sit down and enjoy this video of the three supercars being prepped for the three luckiest men on the planet.
