• 2009 Mercedes SLR McLaren by Premier4509

Japanese tuning firm, Premier4509, is trooping to the 2012 Tokyo Auto Salon with a stunning program for one of the most iconic super cars in recent history: the Mercedes SLR McLaren.

The full details surrounding this program won’t be unveiled until the doors officially open in Tokyo, but Premier4509 is wasting little time in getting our juices going by releasing a few teaser photos of the finely-tuned SLR McLaren. From what we’ve been told, Premier4509 is planning to make around thirty bodykits for the SLR with one being displayed in Tokyo next week. Among the components that have been put into it are a new carbon front bumper, new side skirts, a new rear bumper, a diffuser, a new rear spoiler, wheel arches, and a new set of alloy wheels that add even more stylish substance to what is already one of the most awesome-looking supercars on the planet.

That’s about all the information we have about the program. Rest assured, Premier4509 is prepared to bring the thunder in Tokyo next week. And just like the rest of the auto world, we’ll be waiting earnestly to see the full details surrounding their new program for the venerable SLR McLaren.

Kirby’s first exposure into the world of automobiles happened when he caught Knight Rider on television as a five-year old boy. David Hasselhoff didn’t leave much of an impression on him (that happened later on in Baywatch), but KITT certainly did. To this day, Kirby remains convinced that he will one day own a car with the same ‘spirit’ as the original KITT (not the 2008 monstrosity). He doesn't know when that will be, but until then, he’s committed to expressing his love for KITT, and all cars for that matter, here at TopSpeed.  Read full bio

When I first saw this teaser photo, the first thing that I notice is its bumper. There seems to something odd about it.

It’s nice to know that they’ve uses V8 front-mid engine for the engine performance of this concept. I love to see the cool headlamps on the front hood. It’s very powerful on platform design.

I love how it was molded. The shape is very intriguing. There’s a lot of air inlets on the side. The bumper is well-made and looks stronger.

Beautiful enough but for me it’s kinda over decorated. The details is fully observed. Too many tunnels on the side. Bumper was great. Surprising in a 650hp.

with this 650 horse powered Mercedes SLR, it’ll be perfect on long journeys around the continent giving such a great escape. The designs are futuristic but natural. The aerodynamics of this car was studied very well.

I love the futuristic look of this McLaren. And it is truly oozing with appeal. The front hood design is fascinating specially with its double headlights. This will look fantastic in the night.

The engine specification of this model is satisfying for me. Imagine that the V8 engine has an output of 650 HP, an amazing one. All in one in a great package deal. When it comes to front designs, its very stunning.

I love the exquisite look of this car! Something that is so fabulous, luxurious and classy all the way. Haha. I guess, this one will look good on red body paint.

I am not that impressed with the exterior looks of this car. It looks bulky to me in a thin way. Anyway, it has that engine to be proud of. With V8 engine that has an output of 650 HP, I can be also proud.

What a satisfying engine specification. Good for this McLaren. Anyway, I am not that impressed with its side design but the front design is really stunning! The headlights, the front hood and front bumper - all in one in a perfect cute car.
