2022 Mansory Gronos EVO S P900

900 horsepower and a sporty look seems like the perfect recipe for the G63

Mansory has a very long history of updating the Mercedes-AMG G63. Just recently, the tuner unveiled two special editions built for the Chinese and the UAE markets. And, because the Middle East is such a big fan of big, luxury, flashy cars, Mansory announced a new special edition built exclusively for them.

If the name sounds familiar - Gronos EVO S P900 - it is because the tuner offered a car with a similar name back in 2021.

What changes are offered under the hood?

As you probably know by now, the base G63 AMG is offered with a 4.0-liter, Biturbo V-8 engine that delivers 577 horsepower and 627 pound-feet of torque. And, while Mansory said nothing about what changes it made to the V-8, we expect similar changes to the other Gronos package. We are talking about installing larger turbochargers, new downpipes, and a new engine management system.

As a result, the Gronos EVO S P900 delivers, as its name suggests, a total of 900 horsepower and 885 pound-feet of torque. Not only is this almost 330 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque more than the standard G63, but it is also 50 horsepower and 147 pound-feet of torque more than the previous Gronos 2021 package.

What other changes are offered?

When it comes to the exterior look, the new Gronos EVO S P900 package is somehow similar to the other G63 special edition built for the Middle East market. The exterior will be updated with a wide-body kit that includes widened front wings, doors, and rear aprons. The standard hood will be replaced by an ultralight, full carbon hood left unpainted. The grille is also new, and so are the LED headlights with daytime running lights. Since this specific G63 is equipped with a more powerful engine, the new bumper boasts additional air vents for the engine to breathe better.

This specific unit also features an interior trimmed in orange-colored leather. It is used for the doors, dash, seats, pillars, and most of the other ‘touchable’ surfaces. A few black elements and white stitches give the interior a very sporty feeling.

However, Mansory announced that every customer will have the possibility to customize both, the exterior and the interior, according to personal desires. This way, it will ensure that none of the 10 examples would look the same.
