The AMG EQE is just the first wave of EVs that the high-performance division of Mercedes-Benz will be releasing in the next few years
Two versions of the Mercedes-AMG EQE will be sold worldwide, the EQE 43 and EQE 53, both of which have a dual-motor setup
Only the EQE 53 is coming to the United States, and it produces 617 hp and 701 lb-ft of torque
Opting for the optional AMG Dynamic Plus package increases those figures to 677 hp and 738 lb-ft of torque
0-62 (100 km/h) happens in 3.5 seconds while the AMG Dynamic Plus package brings this down to just 3.3 seconds
The Mercedes-AMG EQE comes with a 90.6 kWh battery that's good for 275-321 miles under the WLTP cycle
Separating the AMG EQE from the standard model is its sporter front and rear bumper, AMG-specific black panel grille with vertical bars, just to name a few
Its interior differences are even more subtle, as these are limited to AMG sports seats, optional carbon fiber trims, among others
