This 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC Prototype Hides Few Secrets
The next generation Mercedes-Benz GLC has been caught testing many times before - but each of those times it was heavily camouflaged. Now, it looks like the company is finally ready to reveal some design elements of the next GLC, as the new prototype caught testing wears very little camouflage. That’s the good news. The bad news is that the next GLC offers no surprise when in terms of design language: as expected, it looks pretty much identical to the new generation C-Class.
2021 Mercedes-AMG E63 S Brabus 800
When you think of high-end aftermarket companies, some of the top names that come to mind include Hennessey, Mansory, and Brabus. While Hennessey is known for outright performance builds and Mansory for the most radical and unusual mods, Brabus is a blend of the two. It is back with yet another Mercedes build, this time, for the AMG E63 S called the Brabus 800. New wheels and aerodynamic elements on the outside, plush treatment on the inside, and power enhancement to the existing V-8 make this Brabus build an absolute beast.
The Mercedes-AMG C43 Proves Four-Cylinders Are Better….Again
The 2022 Mercedes C-Class may have brought some S-Class tech to the middle class, but it also brought some significant change under the hood. The entire C-Class lineup, AMG models included, will only be offered with four-cylinder engines. In short, Mercedes is making good use of its somewhat outrageous M139 inline-four, the same one that manages to produce 381 horsepower in the AMG A45 and 416 horsepower in the AMG A45 S. Now, Mercedes has revealed the new AMG C43, and like the rest of the C-Class it features another version of the M139, this time tuned to just a hair over 400 ponies, and that’s for the base C43
2022 Mercedes-AMG A 35 "Edition 55"
AMG continues the celebration of its 55th anniversary with a new "Edition 55" model. Back in March, we saw the launch of the AMG G 63 "Edition 55", and a month later, the company announced the new AMG A 35 "Edition 55".
In Europe, the "Edition 55" equipment package will be priced from €12,614 - or about $13,700 at the current exchange rates. The anniversary models can be ordered starting now until November 2022.
The Mercedes-Benz EQS SUV Debuts With A 373-Mile Range, A 56-inch Hyperscreen, And 500+ Horsepower AWD Version!
Mercedes-Benz has taken to electrification like no other automaker. Audi come a close second, but Mercedes is operating on a whole different level. The German marque has made sure it has offerings in every mass-market segment in the shortest time possible. Sometime last year, the automaker revealed five new vehicles in one auto show – the EQE sedan, the EQB crossover, the EQG Concept, the Maybach EQS SUV, and the AMG EQS.. Then Mercedes followed it up with the Vision EQXX Concept
Without taking a break whatsoever, the automaker has now come up with the EQS SUV (the non-Maybach version). As the name suggests, it is the SUV version of the EQS sedan. It shares the same wheelbase, but is more spacious and comes with better cargo capacity. It will be offered in two trims – 450+ and 580 4MATIC – the latter being a 536-horsepower, all-wheel-drive version. With a range of up to 373 miles and a 56-inch Hyperscreen on offer, the Mercedes EQS might be an electric SUV that you can’t ignore!
The 2024 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Prototype Starts Playing Around Nürburgring
Mercedes-Benz has just launched the E-Class facelift, but its engineers are already busy working on the sedan’s next generation. Our spy photographers caught the next E-Class for the first time back in December 2021, and then again in January of 2022. Things have been quiet ever since, but today, the car has been spotted once again. And, this time it’s headed to the Nürburgring for some endurance testing.
2023 Mercedes-Maybach S-Class By Virgil Abloh
Do you remember the Project Maybach launched back in December 2021? It was the last Maybach project designed by fashion designer Virgil Abloh before he passed away in November 2021 after being diagnosed with cardiac angiosarcoma in 2019.
However, it seems that Virgil Abloh has one more project developed with Maybach: a special edition based on the 2023 Maybach S-Class S 680. It will be limited to only 39 units for the American market, and 150 units for the world.
The 2023 Mercedes-Benz G-Class Facelift Looks Amazing In The Sunset
Mercedes launched the current generation G-Class back in 2018 and now, four years later, the company is about to also offer a facelift for it. Prototypes of the standard G-Class facelift, the AMG G63 and even the the G4×4² have been caught testing many times before, but the ones caught testing recently are a little bit more special. Our spy photographers managed to get some pictures of the facelift G-Class during a beautiful sunset, and we have to admit: the red and orange landscape makes the SUV look even better, despite the camouflage!
Mercedes-AMG GLC 43/53 Spied Playing In The Snow
A new generation Mercedes-Benz GLC is just around the corner. It has been caught testing many times in the past few weeks, and we also heard all kinds of rumors about it, including the fact that all the engines will be paired with mild-hybrid systems. The next GLC will also be offered in two different AMG trims. The most powerful one will be the GLC 63e - as it name suggests, also a hybrid model, while the least powerful one could be called either GLC43 or GLC53.
The 2023 Mercedes-Benz A-Class Facelift Was Caught Exploring All Of Europe Sans Much Cover
Mercedes-Benz is busy updating its entire lineup. In the past few months, we caught facelift prototypes of pretty much all the models Mercedes is currently offering. The facelift A-Class was last caught testing back in December 2021, right before the winter holidays.
Now, the car is back, and it seems that Mercedes-Benz decided to test both the sedan and the hatchback at the same time, but not only this, prototypes were caught testing all over Europe, outside the factory’s own gates, at Nürburgring, and around the Arctic Circle.
The Mercedes CLS Replacement Caught Testing For The First Time
The current generation Mercedes-Benz CLS - the third one - was announced in 2018, and it looks like a replacement for it is already under development. This really isn’t such a big surprise to anyone since the sales for the current generation dropped significantly. In fact, in the States, Mercedes is only selling the base CLS, while the European market only gets the range-topping AMG CLS 53.
Our spy photographers got proof that Mercedes is ready to give the CLS one more chance as the first mule was caught out in the wild.
The Mercedes GLC Will Have A Six-Cylinder After All, But Don’t Get Too Excited
As you know by now, the entire Mercedes C-Class lineup will soon be powered by four-cylinder engines, and that even includes the wild AMG C43 and wilder C63. The V-8 engine has, essentially, been replaced with a four-pot and an electric turbo. The full verdict isn’t in as to how well this is going to work out, but the same story will play out for the entire GLC – the SUV equivalent to the C-Class – lineup, or at least that’s what we thought.
