2022 Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S 4MATIC+ F1 Medical Car
Mercedes has deployed two safety cars 2022 F1 racing season. One’s the AMG GT Black Series F1 Safety Car, and the other is this AMG GT 63 S 4MATIC+ F1 Medical Car. The model replaces the previous C63 S AMG Estate and, next with three medics will keep the 2022 F1 racing season safe.

Now that Mercedes is done with the new generation SL roadster, the company will focus its attention on a new generation AMG GT. The second generation AMG GT will be built on the same platform as the new SL and will be a serious competitor for the new generation Porsche 911. The only problem: the next AMG GT will only be offered as a coupe, as the Roadster will be replaced by the new SL.

The contenders included the Audi RS6, the BMW M5 CS, the Mercedes-AMG E63, and the Porsche Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid. All the cars feature V-8 engines and two turbochargers. The Porsche goes in the races with a slight advantage, thanks to the electric motor assisting the engine and helping it make the most horses here. A New AMG GT Coupe Will Cruise Next to the New SL Roadster
It hasn’t even been a week since Mercedes launched the new SL. The new 2023 Mercedes-AMG SL is a different beast altogether when compared to its predecessor as it is now an AMG-exclusive model only. There were rumors that it would replace not just it’s the outgoing SL, but also the GT. However, the company’s design chief, Gorden Wagener, has confirmed that both the models will coexist without really stepping on each other’s toes.

The new SL is all set to be launched today. The iconic car is AMG-fied and will be heavy on performance moving forward. There isn’t a lot known about it yet, but we do know that the car will be powered by a V-8 engine and a 4MATIC+ all-wheel-drive system.
