The 2020 Morgan 3 Wheeler LE60 is a special-edition version of Morgan's three-wheeled sports car. Created alongside similar versions of the Plus Six, the LE60 3 Wheeler celebrates 60 years of Morgan's partnership with its official retailer in the Netherlands, Louwman Exclusive.

The entire LE60 run includes five cars, but only one of them is a 3 Wheeler. In short, this car is unique and Morgan won't build another one like it. The LE60 package is essentially just a design bundle. The 3 Wheeler features a custom livery with yellow accents and a couple of bespoke features inside the cabin. The drivetrain remains unchanged. Let's find out more about below.

What makes the 2020 Morgan 3 Wheeler LE60 Special?

- Yellow body accents - Laser-engraved dashboard design - Contrast stitching - Embroidered logos - Standard drivetrain - 2.0-liter V-twin - Up to 82 horsepower - Only one made

The exterior of the LE60 model is basically identical to the standard 3 Wheeler except for the yellow accents. You'll see this color on the headlamps housings and on the sides of the front hood. The latter is a stripe that also incorporates the "60 years" and "Louwman Exclusive" logos.

The front brake calipers are also painted in bright yellow. Although it's not a big upgrade over the regular 3 Wheeler, this yellow accent package works great with the Almond Green paint.

Inside the cabin there are only two notable details that set the LE60 apart. First, the passenger side dashboard features a leather cover with a laser engraved design that includes a stripe and "60 years" and "Louwman Exclusive" logos. It mirrors the yellow stripe on the front hood. Second, there's diamond-shaped yellow stitching and "60 Years" yellow embroidery on the seats.

The LE60 comes with the standard 3 Wheeler engine. The tiny sports car is powered by an S&S, 2.0-liter V-twin mill, but output depends on whether you opt for Euro 3 or Euro 4 specs. The Euro 3 engine pumps out 82 horsepower and 103 pound-feet of torque. The Euro 4 is less powerful at 68 horses and 95 pound-feet.

However, because they're light, both versions are decidedly quick with 0 to 62 mph sprints of six and seven seconds, respectively. Both reach top speeds of 115 mph.

Pricing information for the LE60 is not available, but it makes sense since Morgan built just one and it was probably already sold before it left the factory. But given that the extra features are just color accents, stitching, and a laser engraved cover, a similar model shouldn't cost notably more than the regular 3 Wheeler, which retails from £40,074.

The purpose of the LE60 is to demonstrate the company's bespoke capabilities. Needless to say, it doesn't really do that since most extras are rather simple features, but it's a good starting point for a company that probably wants to offer more customization possibilities in the near future.
