There’s no rest for the weary over at Porsche->ke1 Exclusive. Stuttgart’s very own personalization arm has been busy churning out exclusive models over the past few weeks. Judging by the frequency of these models, there doesn’t appear to be any end in sight for these guys. Porsche Exclusive’s latest creation involves the Porsche Cayman S and it is a thing of beauty.

This is how you dress up a Porsche Cayman->ke5. The shiny grey exterior paint and the smoked taillights give it a classy look that belies its sporty and aggressive capabilities. Porsche Exclusive also gave it a new sports suspension that drops the car’s height by 20 mm (0.78 inch) and a new sports exhaust system that should help clear the throat of that 3.4-liter, flat-six engine.

Speaking of the engine, this new Porsche Exclusive creation doesn’t have any performance upgrades. Still, the Cayman S is capable of 325 horsepower and 272 pound-feet of torque. These numbers allow the Cayman S accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 4.7 seconds to go with a top speed of 175 mph.

Porsche Cayman S In Agate Grey Metallic By Porsche Exclusive in detail

Porsche Exclusive didn’t just work on exterior upgrades for this special Cayman S. It also went to great lengths to improve the car’s interior. Take one look at it and you'll immediately see the improvements. Some are more obvious than others, including the Racing Yellow instrument cluster dials and Sport Chrono stopwatch dial.

Other upgrades are a little more discrete, so you'll have to look closely to notice them. The carbon-fiber interior package is one of them, particularly the center console trim that's been dressed in the classy material. Fancy leather seats are also part of a separate package and are consistent with the brown treatment of the entire cabin.

2014 Porsche Cayman

There have been a lot of questions on whether the 2014 Porsche Cayman was any better than its predecessors. Sure, it's classified as a "new" model, but first impressions won't necessarily blow you away.

There are things to like about this car, though. Subtle tweaks on the exterior give it a more streamlined profile that also improves its aerodynamic capabilities. Even the interior looks freshly updated and conforms its driver-focused design, positioning all of the car's necessary controls and features within arm's reach.

The 2014 model benefits from two flat-six powertrain options. The first one is a 2.7-liter flat-six that produces 275 horsepower and 213 pound-feet of torque, allowing it to hit 60 mph in 4.7 seconds to go with a top speed of 165 mph. Just above that is the 3.4-liter, flat-six engine in the Cayman S that churns out a healthy 325 horsepower and 272 pound-feet of torque. The Cayman S is good for a 0-to-60-mph time of 4.4 seconds and a top speed of 175 mph.
