The Córdoba Reference and Stylance equipped with the new 85 hp 1.4 engine is now available across the SEAT dealership network. This engine replaces the previous 75 hp version, but the 75 hp 1.4 automatic version is still being sold. The new engine takes 1.25 seconds less to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (12.4 seconds) and 2 seconds less for in-gear acceleration from 60 to 100 km/h (16 seconds).
Fuel consumption is slightly more frugal on the open road and decreases from 5.3 to 5.2 litres on the extra-urban cycle, while the city driving and combined figures remain the same – 8.5 and 6.4 litres respectively.
With this new addition, the Córdoba now features six different engines – three petrol, the 75h hp 1.4 16V automatic, the 85 hp 1.4 16V and the 100 hp 1.4 16V; and four TDI units, the 70 and 80 hp 1.4 and the 100 and 130 hp 1.9 litre versions. All the engines are available with three trim levels – Reference, Stylance and Sport.
The SEAT Córdoba now also features an optional iPod or MP3 with glove compartment USB connection. An optional auxiliary sound connection is available with the radio MP3 package with steering wheel mounted controls.

Reference: The standard equipment includes ABS, driver and passenger airbag, electro-hydraulic power steering, front power anti-trap one-touch windows, remote controlled central locking, new 15 inch steel wheels and revamped hubcaps, 195/55 tyres, CD radio with six speakers, height adjustable front seats, split rear SEAT with Isofix anchoring points for child seats, third brake light on boot lid, tinted glass, roof-mounted anti-theft aerial, height and reach adjustable steering wheel, electric pyrotechnic front seatbelts, double headlamps, three-point rear seatbelts and three rear headrests, among others.

Sport : This sporty finish builds on Reference with body colour door mirrors and handles, side airbags, new 15 inch alloy wheels, 195/55 tyres, sports suspension, electric door mirrors, foglamps, on-board computer, TCS on the 130 hp TDI and leather steering wheel and gear knob.
