It is true that in the States, the model does not enjoy the same success as it does in other markets. The fact that the new LC300 generation didn’t make it Stateside says it all. But, everywhere else in the world, the Land Cruiser is actively used and enjoys great success.
Inspired by this success, Khann International came up with a very cool Expedition package that will literally take your Land Cruiser everywhere.

The new-generation Land Cruiser is built on a new GA-F platform based on the TNGA that underpins other Toyota products like the Tundra. It also offers two rather powerful engines: a twin-turbo 3.5-liter V-6 gasoline engine that produces 409 horsepower, and a twin-turbo 3.3-liter diesel engine that puts out 304 horsepower. So, from a mechanical point of view, you can say it needs no updates.
The model is also a very big departure from the generation it replaces, but, in Khann International’s eyes, there is always room for better. Its latest package - the Expedition - offers no updates under the hood, but it completely transforms the look of the Land Cruiser.
The changes are strictly limited to the exterior and will include a wide performance body kit and, of course, a new set of wheels.
Up front, the tuner installed a new front bumper that is, in fact, a dual-component construction made of metal power section and a special design plastic bumper. This construction not only increases the strength and thickness, but also improves the SUV’s off-road properties. There is also a new hood offered in either carbon or body-painted plastic.
New wheel arch extensions are designed in a special shape and made of a special plastic material that has increased the strength and thickness. The lower part is finished in a special paint RAPTOR U-POL, while the upper part is painted to match the color of the body. The new side steps were designed in a way where they reduce weight, but increase the strength.
The package also includes a LED high beam integrated into the radiator grille, new working lights with 12 LEDs, and new RIGID Dually XL PRO LED headlights. A plastic-made snorkel allows air to be supplied to the engine and it also helps increase the efficiency.
The new Expedition package will be offered with a special set of R18 reinforced forged wheels that can be combined with either universal AT (short for "All-Terrain"), or mud MT tires (short for "Mud Terrain"). They can be ordered in either Black Satin or Grey Satin. While the wheels weigh only 19.2 kilos, they support loads of up to 1,250 kg per wheel.
