The French manufacturer, Venturi, is well known for its small electric roadster called the Fetish, and now that electric vehicles are all the rage, they have decided that it would be a good time to bring out a new model. Of course, there’s no better time like the present, especially since the Paris Motor Show is hours away and will practically be all about electric cars anyway.

The Venturi America - although if you ask us the name makes no sense, we are talking about a model made by a French manufacturer making its debut in France - is a small electric car powered by an electric motor that delivers a total of 300 hp and 380 Nm of torque. The America can hit a top speed of 124 MPH (or 200 km/h) and, when traveling at a speed of no more than 90 km/h (55 mph), will offer an autonomy of 300 kilometers.

The new electric model is based on the 2006 Fetish and was designed under the leadership of designer Sacha Lakic. Like with the Fetish, America is also characterized by the intense use of carbon fiber.

More details are to be released after the official launch.

Venturi America EV not only got the artistic look but the knowledge that this was an electric vehicle is impressive. I hope that they influence the other manufacturer to build also sustainable transport.

Venturi America Ev was really impressive on its exterior appearance to its interior! Its seems like a complete package for a car, aside from having a perfect appearance, I like the concept theme and also had an impressive engine.

The cutest roadster, so far! smiley Well, I noticed that it looks so massive with its wheels, and I must say that I love its tame appearance. However, I don’t like the fact that it is an electric vehicle.

One of the cutest concept cars that I saw today! I noticed that it also had a futuristic touch which only adds more appeal for this. I just only hope that they will use an impressive engine either for this.

What is the connection of Top Gear on this one? I think, what you meant to say is Top Speed?smiley By the way, Why is that so Bobby Cruz? It is not always right to depend on this site.

You can’t really trust Top Gear for a real review. Top Gear does tend to goof off a bit to often

Would be better as a hatchback, as you gain so much more trunk room.
