Volkswagen, the well-known German manufacturer unveiled today a special edition of its Caddy van called Carrera Cup. The vehicle will be powered by the popular 2.0-liter turbo diesel engine capable of developing 140 hp and to push the car from 0-100 km/h in 10.6 seconds while providing a top speed of 186 km/h.

The Caddy Carrera Cup Edition features also a special painted body kit and 17” alloy wheels painted in black. At the interior the manufacturer added special two-tone leather as well as a new custom steering wheel. The special edition will be manufactured in a limited edition of just 250 units, each one at a price of $34,000.

Looks so ordinary for me, I’m not impressed with the looks of this Carrera Cup Edition but I must say that the interior is kinda satisfying.

I know the companies have a very strong link, but this just seems sacrilegious to me. It’s like putting something in Ferrari script on a Fiat.

love the look of this van but totally agree you could buy the standard 20.tdi 140 that has just come out and kit it out and have it tweaked up to about 200 bhp for less than the cost of this looker in drag
