Who is Jacob & Co.?

Jacob & Co. was founded in New York back in 1986 by diamond designer Jacob Arabo. From the off, Arabo’s work caught the eye of R&B singer Faith Evans and rapper Notorious B.I.G., who in turn brought fellow musicians and friends to the store.

Fun fact: Jacob & Co is mentioned in Jay-Z’s single Girl’s Best Friend.

It was only in 2002 when the company entered the watchmaking industry.
Two years later, the first Jacob & Co. store opened in New York on 57th Street.
