In addition, you can pair your GSP 670 simultaneously to devices such as smartphones or tablets. In case of an incoming call, you can pick it up, and the set will make the switch from your game to the phone and vice-versa once you end the call. Sennheiser is also offering the Gaming Suite for Windows, which is a control panel of sorts that lets you tweak various parameters such as sound modes and equalizer or select built-in presets that suit a particular game ambiance or soundtrack.

Besides sporting a sleek look and crystal clear sound, a proper audio gaming set must also tick the comfort box. Sennheiser fitted its GPS 670 with an adjustable solid-metal hinge headband system that works together with the articulated speaker arms and the ergonomically-design earcups, which is pretty neat because there's no such thing as just one game. And nobody wants their earlobes to bleed under too much headphone pressure.

Moving further, the microphone can minimize background noise but can also be muted by simply lifting its arm. What's more, the headset lets you control both the chat audio and the in-game audio via two volume wheels. Charging is done over USB and comes with a quick-charge feature that adds 2 hours of audio time for just 7 minutes of actual charging. And yes, you can wear and use the set while it charges.

You can pre-order the Sennheiser GSP 670 right now from the brand's webshop for €349.95, but you won't get it earlier than July 1st. Good news is Sennheiser is also throwing the GSA 50 headset hanger (€34.90) into the mix for those who do so, at no extra cost.
