Moto Guzzi has taken the wraps off the limited edition V100 Mandello Aviazione Navale inspired by the F-35 fighter jet. The special edition celebrates the centenary of the company, and the Italian Navy’s aviation branch where the company founders Carlo Guzzi and Giorgio Parodi initially met.
THE MOTO GUZZI V100 AVIAZIONE NAVALE HAS A SPECIAL LIVERY
Like most special editions, the highlight of the V100 Aviazione Navale is its special livery. Inspired by the Italian Navy’s F-35 fighter jet, the motorcycle adorns a Haze Gray finish accentuated by insignias and graphics. All this, coupled with the bike’s aluminum mechanicals and golden wheels, creates a crisp monotone feel.
What amps things further are extras like a tire pressure monitoring system, heated grips, laser-etched handlebar plaque, and a bespoke motorcycle cover.
MOTO GUZZI V100 AVIAZIONE NAVALE EMPLOYS A 1,043cc ENGINE
Under its special skin, the Aviazione Navale boasts the same 1,043cc, twin-cylinder engine as the standard Mandello. It whips out 115 horsepower and 105Nm while working in conjunction with modern electronics such as ride modes, quick-shifter, cruise control, and cornering ABS. Topping all this is Ohlins Smart EC 2.0 semi-active suspension and Brembo anchors at both ends.

Moto Guzzi is yet to announce the price of the Aviazione Navale. However, only 1913 units will go into production - commemorating the inaugural year of the Italian naval aviation branch - which makes it a collectible item. For your reference, the V100 currently retails for GBP 13,500 ($15,158) in the UK and the special edition will likely cost considerably more than the STD variant.
