It is powered by a Beta-built, 478 cc, single cylinder, 4-valve, 4-stroke liquid cooled engine with, electric start with back up kick starter and cooling fan kit. The engine is kept under control by a six speed transmission with wet multi-disc clutch.

The motorcycle’s backbone is represented by a light molybdenum steel frame with double cradle split above exhaust port.

For enhanced practicality, the Beta 500 RS is equipped with a Voyager GPS unit with maps, engine temp, outside temp, trip meter and much more.
