Ducati is home to several astounding motorcycles and one such piece of art is the SportClassic GT1000.

Though the motorcycle was only on sale from 2007 to 2010, if you’re looking to own one of these, BringATrailer has posted a pristine '07 GT1000. Here’s a look at it.

2007 Ducati SportClassic GT1000 On Sale

The GT1000 was Ducati’s sport-touring naked offering and it certainly looked the part, thanks to its classic round headlight, indented fuel tank design, flat seat, and spoke wheels.

This example, however, comes laden with aftermarket parts which make it sportier than the stock motorcycle. Starting up top, you get a tinted flyscreen with a custom handlebar tucked behind it. Not only is this handlebar lower (for a sportier riding position), but it also comes finished in shiny chrome to amp up the bike’s classic appeal. Meanwhile, the opposite end features a tail tidy kit and a body-color-matched rear seat cowl.

The next set of updates is to the GT1000’s 992cc, L-twin engine. Here, the bike boasts a Corse Dynamics high-performance intake kit, MWtuning engine management kit, carbon fiber timing belt covers, and custom heat-wrapped header pipes. Even the two stock exhausts have been swapped with custom blacked-out Ducati exhausts.

While there’s no news on the power gain post these additions, we do know the stock bike made 91 horsepower and 67 pound-feet.

Apart from these bits, this GT1000 also has crash guards, carbon fiber stanchions for the Marzocchi USD forks, and Öhlins DU707 piggyback shock absorbers at the rear, replacing the stock shockers.

Finally, the seller assures that the bike has been run regularly and has 9,500 miles on its semi-digital instrument cluster.

What’s The Price?

Even though there’s no reserve price, the current highest bid stands at a pretty affordable $7,500.

For whatever bid you get this for, you’ll also receive the stock literature, exhaust, handlebar, two keys, and rear fender, along with Ohlins suspension tools and two paddock stands.
